OO4O C++ Class Library Requirements

System Requirements

• Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows Server 2003
• A local or remote Oracle database (Oracle8i, 9i, or 10g )
• Required Support Files (RSF) 10.1 for OO4O. The Oracle Universal Installer ensures that the RSFs, including the Oracle client and networking, are installed as part of the OO4O installation.

Other Requirements

• The Oracle Objects for OLE C++ Class Library  requires Microsoft Visual C++ Version 6.0 or later.
• The Oracle Data Control   requires Visual Basic.

Neither the OLE SDK nor OLE development knowledge is necessary.

You must register online before using OracleMetaLink. After logging into OracleMetaLink, select Product Lifecycle from the left-hand column.
