This graphic shows the Edit Form Fields dialog box, which is displayed when you choose to create am ADF read-only form. It shows the labels of all the fields associated with the Data Object that is displayed, the bind values for each of these fields, and the associated ADF component used to display them.

You can choose to include navigation controls for the displayed fields and also to include a Submit button for the form.
