This graphic shows the master-detail application when viewed in the browser. It shows the following master table information from the Departments table of the HR schema: DepartmentID, DepartmentName, ManagerID, Location ID. You can navigate through the various departments table using the First, Previous, Next, and Last buttons.

The lower half of the page shows the detail table records from the Employee table. You can view the EmployeeId, FirstName, LastName, Email, PhoneNumber, HireDate, JobId, Salary, and Active column values for the employees for the department shown in the master section. You can also select a detail row and click Submit to edit employee information in this page.
