This illustration shows the use case Publish a Message of the class TopicPublisher in the JMS Operational Interface.

The method used is publish, specifying recipient list overriding topic subscribers.

To Publish a Message, you must specify the Message and specify a List of Recipients (see Usage Notes).

You may optionally specify the Topic.
