There are five tabs:

The Selected Tasks field is on the left side, with "Shutdown Cluster Database" highlighted.

The Shutdown Cluster Database Parameters field lists two radio buttons for Mode: Immediate and Abort. The Shutdown Server Parameters also lists two radio buttons for Connect As: SYSDBA and SYSOPER. The Override Preferred Credentials checkbox is below the Mode radio buttons. If you select Override Preferred Credentials, then you must enter a user name in the Username field to the left below this checkbox, and a password in the Password field to the right.

There are three radio buttons in the bottom-left corner of the dialog box: Submit, Add to Library, and Submit & Add to Library.

There are three buttons in the bottom-right corner of the dialog box: the Submit button, the Cancel button, and the Help button.
