There are two tabs: the Status Details tab, which is selected, and the Output tab.

The Status Details tab lists: Node, Name, Instance, and Listener.

There are three buttons in the bottom-right corner of the dialog box: the Cancel button on the left, the Hide button in the middle, and the Help button on the right.
