Part II also describes how to monitor statistics and, if needed, adjust parameters to improve Real Application Clusters performance. It also contains information about using Oracle Enterprise Manager to monitor Real Application Clusters database performance.

Note:

If your application performed well on a single-instance Oracle database, then you should not have to tune your application for deployment on Real Application Clusters.
