This dialog has two tabs: Oracle Instance and Oracle NT Service. 
The Oracle Instance tab is currently selected. 

The tab is titled "Oracle Instance Startup/Shutdown Options" and 
has two checkboxes. The first checkbox is for "Start up instance when 
service is started". The second checkbox is for "Shut down instance 
when service is stopped". If the second checkbox is checked, three 
Shutdown Mode radio buttons become active: Shutdown Normal, Shutdown 
Immediate, and Shutdown Abort.

At the bottom of the dialog are four buttons: OK, Cancel, Apply, and Help.
