CLUSNE (3sciport)
Searches a vector for clusters of elements not matching a target
value
SYNOPSIS
Call CLUSNE( n, x, incx ,target, index, nn )
ARGUMENTS
n Integer.
The number of elements to be searched.
x Integer, Logical, or Real vector.
The input array to be searched.
incx Integer.
The increment between elements of vector x. For contiguous
elements, incx = 1.
target Integer, Logical, or Real.
The value searched for in vector x.
index Integer vector.
An output integer vector containing pairs of indices. The
first member of each pair indicates the starting index of a
cluster of elements in vector x that do not match the
target value. The second member of each pair indicates the
ending index of a cluster.
nn Integer.
The number of clusters found in vector x.
DESCRIPTION
Subroutine CLUSNE returns the locations of clusters of elements within
vector x that do no match a target value. The locations are recorded in
integer vector index as pairs of beginning and ending indices.
