location = ISRCHMLT( n, x, incx, target, mask, right )
isrchmlt Integer. The location of the first term in vector x whose subfield is less than target.
n Integer. The number of elements to be searched. If n <= 0, then 0 is returned. x Integer, Logical, or Real vector. An input vector of length n. incx Integer. The increment between elements of the search vector. For contiguous elements, incx = 1. target Integer. The subfield comparison value. mask Integer. A right justified bit mask used to extract bit subfields from elements of vector x. right Integer. The number of bits to right shift an element of vector x before it is boolean .AND.'d with mask and compared to target.
The function ISRCHMLT returns the first location in vector x where an element that has been right shifted right bits and then boolean .AND.'d with mask is less than the target value. If target is always less than or equal to the extracted subfield, the returned value is n+1.
