NEQV (3sciport)
Computes logical difference
SYNOPSIS
boolean = NEQV( arg1, arg2 )
FUNCTION VALUE
neqv Boolean. (Integer, Logical, or Real.)
The bit-wise boolean .XOR. of two 64 bit data items.
ARGUMENTS
arg1 Integer, Logical, or Real.
A 64 bit input argument.
arg2 Integer, Logical, or Real.
A 64 bit input argument.
DESCRIPTION
The external function NEQV returns the bit-wise boolean .XOR. of the input
arguments, arg1 and arg2.
For equations and other information, see Volume 3: UNICOS Math and
Scientific Library Reference Manual SR-2081 7.0, Cray Research, Inc.
NOTES
Since NEQV is not an ANSI Fortran 77 intrinsic function, it must be
declared as an external function of type integer, logical or real. For
example:
EXTERNAL NEQV
INTEGER NEQV
...
I = NEQV( X,'F0F0F0F0F0F0F0F0'X,'C3C3C3C3C3C3C3C3'X )
! Same as I = '3333333333333333'X
For more information about boolean functions, see the sciport man page.
