Copies a real matrix into another real matrix

SYNOPSIS

  Call SCOPY2( m, n, a, lda, b, ldb )

ARGUMENTS

  m               Integer.
                  The number of rows in matrices a and b.

  n               Integer.
                  The number of columns in matrices a and b.

DESCRIPTION

  SCOPY2 copies matrix a to matrix b.
