                      This argument must be included but it is not necessary
                      to modify it in any way. It refers to the data
                      structure that was created in the initialization step.

Description

  The _FFT_EXIT_3D functions remove the internal data structures created in
  the _FFT_INIT_3D functions.  These functions are the final step in a
  three-step procedure. They release the virtual memory that was allocated by
  the _FFT_INIT_3D functions.
